GREAT BREAKFAST, staff is friendly, room had a terrace, kitchenette. Location is convenient, especially if there is a car. There is an underground garage - no problem with parking. It's paid, really.

The size of the room is small, especially if you have a child.

Everything was awesome, had a really great stay for a business trip. Great and easy location exactly where we wanted to be nearby a U-Bahn station. The hotel was in a really quiet area.

The total stay was pleasant like on holidays. I got well laid out room with balconies, snacks and fridge as advertised. The breakfast was sensational and great with very good bread and the food was good. The location couldn't be more unbeatable near to Metro Station...

The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. I found the building inviting with a great communal feel. It was easy to walk to the U2 station for city access. Breakfast had solid options.

Breakfast included fresh pastries and good coffee, and the bar was open 24/7. Parking was easy, with options available for €10. Nearby public transport was convenient for getting around.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with quick access to public transport to explore Munich efficiently. I especially appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help. One downside was that the room temperature was a bit difficult to manage.
